I wonder if you simply posted, "I forget where I read this--maybe it was NPR--but I read that about half of US EV owners regret their purchase, and plan on buying an ICE-vehicle with their next purchase." I'll bet the other site's

So I got banned. I went to the library, and registered with another user name. When I tried to log on with my own computer, Their software recognized my cpu and I got, BANNED! because we don't like your politics! Well, just "Banned Because of Political Posts." So happens, I needed a new computer for other reasons, so now I'm back on with another username, properly cowed and cornered not to offend their woke (in)sensibilities.

I'm in a writers group. Everybody is an NPR-type liberal. I keep my values and politics to myself, because I need their input. But one member wrote a about a right-wing coffee house performer in a pejorative manner, and even used my first name for that character. But he does give me very good feedback on my novel.

I agree we are a polarized country, which is one reason I enjoy hanging out on BN, as (mostly) the conversation is about Broncos and off-roading…

For me it’s easier (though not always as much fun) to keep my political thoughts (and love of EV’s) to myself for the benefit of enjoying y’all’s company and conversations!

It seems each year someone chooses a new “auxiliary switch wiring” issue (ala Frank), and continues to bring it up to stir the pot… I must admit sometimes it’s hard to sit back and watch…

Its probably because some EV fanboi complained.

I've run enough forums and was involved with developing a social media platform platform 20 years ago, I know all about security. If someone is determined to get back in after a ban there is nothing you can do to stop them. Thats why the last forum I ran and the next will have a no ban policy, they don't work and they don't stop serious offenders.
I also don't believe in censoring facts or truth.but that seems to trigger some people.
I had a clown that would constantly complain about another members posts. take this down, delete that were his demands all the time.I finally told him I don't tolerate backseat moderating here, keep complaing and you will be banned.😆
